Training Plans


Our one on one online triathlon coaching is still our best way to serve you, but we also understand that some of you are not ready for that yet, and would just like a structured training plan to follow in order to finish your Ironman or 70.3 race.

We now have 2 options:

1. Ironman in 10 hours a week

2. Ironman 70.3 in 7 hours per week.

* The intensity of the workouts in the plan are based on Heart Rate (Bike and Run), and Pace for the Swim.
