Our Clinic officially started on Saturday afternoon with a presentation given by Coach Roger which covered all aspects of Long Distance Training and Racing. With specific tips for the Ironman 70.3 Muskoka course, followed by a Q & A. We then enjoyed a group dinner at 3 Guys and a Stove.
On Sunday, a 40 minute recovery ride loosened everyone up for the Run Clinic with Video Analysis. Afterwards, participants headed out for a long run with on course nutritional support from F2C Nutrition.
