We are getting more and more questions about recommendations for nutrition/hydration. To help answer that question, we present this post.
We absolutely love Hydra-durance and Glyco-durance. We use it ourselves, and have used the products successfully with many of our athletes.

When to use?:
Training sessions of less than 90 minutes.
