  • These PR SQUAD Training Plans are for Novice/Intermediate athletes in need of a proven structured training plan.

  • Just providing a plan is not coaching, so these plans include coaching support (30 minute calls) at bi-weekly or monthly intervals to answer your questions and guide you through your training program to get you to the finish line successfully. 

  • To make full use of the training plans, it is suggested to you utilize a heart rate monitor and/or a power meter.

  • This program is designed and delivered by Ironman Certified Coach, Roger Hospedales.

  • Advanced athletes with ambitious time or podium goals are advised to utilize our PERFORMANCE coaching options.
