2020 Mont-Tremblant Training Camp (July 24 - 26)

PR Endurance Training is bringing back this camp for the third year in a row. Why? Athletes find great value in getting in that important course recon, putting in a perfectly timed big training weekend, and getting inside information from our experienced coaches on how to successfully execute your race at Ironman Mont-Tremblant (IMMT) to the best of your abilities or for any triathlon race you are doing. We've had athletes come to camp to see what Mont-Tremblant is all about so that they can determine whether they should register to race it. So this camp is for everyone!

 

DATE: Friday, July 24 starting at 2 pm to Sunday, July 26 with a 11:30 am Wrap Up.

ACCOMMODATION:  Host hotel - Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant

* Campers are responsible for booking your own accommodation. We have used the Holiday Inn in the past, it's a great place to stay. However, there are many accommodation choices in the area that you may prefer over the host hotel. We will have a special group rate arranged. This information will be shared when you register for the camp.

 

COST OF CAMP: $295 (tax included). 15% discount for coached P.R.E.T. Athletes.

 

CAMP PROGRAMME COST INCLUDES:

  • Superior Coaching - from experienced coaches who have raced and/or coached athletes to successful days on this course (finishes, personal records, and World Championship qualifications).

  • Fully loaded weekend itinerary.

  • Swim in Lake Tremblant - get your bearings for IMMT, tips on what to expect, how to approach it.

  • Bike the actual course - How to navigate the course, where to ease up, how to climb the Chemin Duplessis. This stretch will extend to 8% over 7km of climbing. Learn how to pace this section, enjoy the descent before you start your second loop.

  • Run the actual course - experience the hills at the start and the old rail trail. 

  • Educational Seminars with ample time for Q & A.

  • This will be a fully supported camp, with Fuel from F2C Nutrition.

  • Fully supported Bike and Run workouts. The roving aid station/sag wagon will be there for everyone regardless of pace. We can store personal items, nutrition, extra wheels, and mechanical aid.

  • Welcome Bag! (You will have to come to discover what will be inside ; ) ).

  • Ample time for questions and one on one assistance with PRET coaches (Roger Hospedales and/or Paolina Allan).
